The Chapultepec Master Plan connects the two sections of the park with pedestrian bridges that cross Periférico, improving accessibility and fostering social interaction. Its lightweight, permeable structure allows for fluid circulation in a dense urban environment. The cultural halls, integrated into the terrain like vaults, take advantage of natural light and culminate in a viewing platform overlooking the landscape. The project strengthens the connection between city and nature through inclusive public infrastructure.
